Mental Health Therapist

We are currently hiring a full-time licensed mental health therapist ready to grow their practice. Working for Garrison, you will have more time to focus on your clients and less time worrying about building clientele, appointment setting, and billing.

Commission Structure

Garrison Counseling offers its contractors a commission-based payment system that rewards a full-time employment status*.

Each contractor shall qualify every month for one of two commission plans. However, contractors that qualify for Commission Plan B also have a Bonus Payment opportunity depending on how much revenue they generate. Scroll for more information on each commission plan.

Commission Plan A

$0 – $4,999 generated revenue

↓

50% split of revenues between contractor and corporation

Commission Plan B

$5,000 – $13,999 generated revenue

↓

60% contractor and 40% corporation split with potential for Bonus Payment.
Bonus payment – Any amount over $14,000 qualifies for 100% take home.

We use Simple Practice for scheduling, appointments, and notes. Simple Practice is an easy to use online tool that leaves you with more time to focus on clients.

Flexible Scheduling

Whether you need the morning off for a doctors appointment or a day off for your own mental health, Simple Practice makes blocking your schedule off for personal matters quick and easy.

Friendly & Welcoming Team Members

We have great team members working for Garrison with a mixture of specialties and levels of experience. They are available for help and advice and are happy to help guide new and experienced therapists in their position at our clinic.

Slack Messaging

For easy communication between therapists and our office manager we have Slack available to use. Perfect for inquiring about specific scheduling questions or for reaching out to another therapist for guidance.

Weekly Team Meetings

Every Wednesday at 1 pm the whole team is given the opportunity to address any questions or concerns they may have. It’s a great way to stay connected and have a few laughs together.

Historical Downtown Location

Garrison Counseling is located in the historical Batavian Building built in 1888. It is the only building in La Crosse that still incorporates an elevator operator! There is a parking ramp located just a block over and 2 hour street parking available.

Printing & Resources

Although our scheduling and notes are online based, you have free unlimited printing capabilities if needed. There are also pre-made printable resources available for clients available on the one-drive for Garrison.
